Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
